teenagers. However, in today's fast-

paced and often turbulent world,

navigating the complexities of

adolescent mental health can be

challenging. We will delve into the

intricacies of teen depression and

anxiety exploring their causes, warning

signs, and most importantly, strategies

for intervention and prevention.
